Dawn Newton

Past Chair

Dawn Newton is a passionate community builder. As chair, Dawn has been involved with the Zebra Child Protection Centre Board of Directors since 2013. She is currently a member of the Women’s Advocacy Voice of Edmonton (WAVE) Committee reporting to City Council. In 2014, Dawn helped create the Ladies on the Green Golf Classic to bring women together in a unique fundraising effort in support of the Zebra Child Protection Centre. Dawn also volunteers her time alongside other business leaders as a mentor with the NorQuest College Youth in Transition Program. Her passion for community is shared with her family as she and her husband raise two young children in Edmonton.
