This year, Giving Tuesday is on December 1st! Giving Tuesday is the national day of generosity. Since its inception, it has grown into a global movement. Giving Tuesday is not just about monetary donations, it is about coming together and supporting a cause that is close to your heart. Everyone has something to give whether it is monetary, time or skills!

Giving Tuesday always occurs after Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which are typically high periods of spending. This was done with the intention that after a period of high spending, individuals would be seeking ways to give back. This holds true every year and Giving Tuesday is a major success every year. Each year it brings individuals and important causes closer together. 

Several organizations across Canada are participating this year, you can find the list of organizations needing your support on the Giving Tuesday website.
